Phosphatidylserine (PS) (60 soft gels) is a natural occurring phospholipid and a critical component of cell membranes. Phosphatidylserine is found in especially high concentrations in the brain and nervous tissues, primarily in the cell membrane of neurons. Phosphatidylserine can promote cognitive function and mental sharpness, support healthy endocrine response to mental stress, and help improve exercise capacity.

Suggested use: Take 1 softgel three times daily for one month, then 2 times daily thereafter.or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Best results are obtained with continuous use. These softgels should be swallowed intact and not be chewed.
