Lecithin 1200 mg (100 softgels) is used to promote a healthy GI tract, nervous system function, brain function, cardiovascular health, and liver health. Lecithin is rich in phospholipids containing phosphatdylcholine, inositol, and cephalin with essential fatty acids (lenoleic acid).

Although lecithin itself is a lipid (fat), it is partially soluble in water and thus acts as an emulsifying agent, enabling fats to be dispersed in water.
